1. The Promoter is Immediate Media Company London Limited (Company Number 06189487).
2. The BBC Code of Conduct for competitions can be found at https://www.bbc.com/editorialguidelines/guidance/code-of-conduct and all BBC magazines comply with the Code.
3. The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, aged 18 years or older, except the Promoter’s employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.
4. The closing date for entries for the first draw is 23:59 on 31 October 2025, and all entries received before this closing date shall be entered into the first draw.
5. The closing date for the second draw is 23:59 on 31 December 2025, and all entries received between 00:00 on 1 November 2025 and this closing date shall be entered into the second draw.
6. By entering the promotion, the participants agree:
a) to be bound by these terms and conditions;
b) that should they win the promotion, their name, likeness and entry may be used by the Promoter for pre-arranged promotional purposes.
7. Entrants should enter by uploading a picture of a LEGO build, which has been created by their child (aged 12 and under), submitting a name for this creation, and entering the entrant’s own name and email address on the Share What You Love microsite.
8. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered.
9. Entries which, in the Promoter’s opinion, may be deemed offensive, discriminatory, inappropriate, defamatory or which are unlawful, or which feature a person in the image will not be accepted and will be disqualified.
10. Entries and claims for prizes which in the Promoter’s sole opinion do not include all of the information required may be deemed as invalid.
11. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal details in accordance with the Immediate Privacy Policy.
12. Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.

14. The winning entrants will be the first valid entries drawn at random from all the correct entries after the respective closing dates. The Promoter’s decision as to the winners is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into.
15. Entrants warrant that their entry image will not infringe the intellectual property rights (including copyright) or, any other proprietary rights whatsoever of any third party. Entries must be your own photograph and should not include any individuals or personal details.
16. The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in your competition entry. By submitting your entry (the “Photo”), you agree:
a) that the Promoter may make your Photo available to view on the Share What Your Love microsite at any time;
b) hereby grant the Promoter, its agents and a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in your Photo, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence your Photo (alongside your first name) on any channels (including their websites and social media channels).
17. The Promoter will share the winner’s details with the prize provider for the purpose of fulfilling the prizes. Lego will require a name, email address, mobile number, the number of adults and children (with ages of the children), plus three preferred dates to claim the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort prize.
18. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the close of the promotion by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 28 days of such notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.
19. The surname and county of residence of the winner will be available upon request by sending an SAE to MadeForMums x LEGO Share What You Love Competition 44 Brook Green, London, W6 7BT within two months of the closing date of the promotion. The Promoter will contact the winners before releasing this information and provide the winners the opportunity to object or limit the amount of information shared.
20. There is no cash alternative and the prizes will not be transferable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with one of the same or greater value.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
22. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.
23. The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winners arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
24. The promotion is subject to the laws of England and by entering this promotion the participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
