Bugaboo is known for its stand-out range of pushchairs, with the Fox winning gold in this year’s MadeForMums awards.
Now the pushchair brand is expanding its range with the release of its first car seat – the Bugaboo Turtle by Nuna.
The Turtle won’t be available to buy until August 15th but these are some of its key features.
What are the best features of the Bugaboo Turtle?
The Bugaboo Turtle by Nuna comes with an adjustable head support, washable merino wool insert and bamboo canopy with mesh peek-a-boo window to keep a close eye on your baby.
And for when your little one’s asleep, there’s a UPF 50+ visor that can be extended out from the canopy over the car seat.
What age child is it suitable for?
It’s suitable from birth up to 15kg and Bugaboo has said the car seat will be compatible with all of its strollers, so will make an easy addition if you already own a Bugaboo or are planning to buy one.
This can be done by using the car seat adapters, included in the full price of £219.
What are the safety features?
For added safety the Turtle also includes a true-lock base with triple installation confirmation to help you install the seat correctly.
Bugaboo has also designed the seat with a no-thread 5-point harness and foam sides for optimal side-impact protection.
These features also ensure the Turtle is i-Size compliant, so meets the European-wide regulations designed to make car seats safer.
