What can you expect from your 33rd week of pregnancy?

    One symptom for this stage is forgetfulness and you may find yourself writing endless lists for the simplest things! You may also have a lack of coordination and be feeling clumsier than usual.

    You can also experience backache, which could lead to some unsightly waddling! To reduce back pain, try and keep it as straight as you can, or by taking a nice warm soothing bath.  Weight gain at this stage is also common, as you gain about a pound a week.

  • What should you be doing this week?

    This week, keep up with the pregnancy yoga, as it will help keep you supple when you are feeling at your bulkiest and most ungainly. You may struggle getting in and out of the bath, so try and move slowly to avoid straining you pelvis or lower back. Don’t forget to keep requesting massages and back rubs as well, to help keep you relaxed and relieve aches.
