Tasty fish dish with broccoli, new potatoes and red pepper, suitable from 10 months

Salmon and red pepper bake
  • 120g fresh salmon
  • 100g baby new potatoes
  • 5 florets broccoli
  • 1 whole red pepper, washed, de-seeded and finely diced
  • 1 pouch Cook at Home Mediterranean veg sauce


  • Step 1

    Wrap the salmon and pepper slices loosely in foil and cook in a preheated oven at 170C/325F/Gas mark 3 for 30-35 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Wash and cube the potatoes (peel if desired) and boil until soft.

  • Step 3

    Steam the broccoli florets until cooked but still a little firm, then chop into small pieces.

  • Step 4

    Flake the cooked salmon, into small pieces carefully removing any bones and chop the pepper into small pieces.

  • Step 5

    Mix together the salmon, peppers, potatoes and broccoli, stir in the sauce and heat through.

  • Milk free, egg free and gluten free.
  • Why not try adding chopped up pasta pieces instead of new potatoes?
