Actress Christina Applegate gives birth to a girl

After announcing her pregnancy in July 2010, two years after she had battled breast cancer, Christina Applegate has given birth to a healthy baby girl.

The actress, 39, who was last spotted throwing some impressive shapes in a mock prenatal pole dancing video, Christina welcomed her daughter on January 27 and has named her Sadie Grace.
