Beyonce gives Blue Ivy a Frozen-themed birthday
Aunty Solange had heartfelt message for her 'niece-y-poo'
She might be pop royalty, but it seems not even Beyonce has escaped the Frozen craze. So for Blue Ivy's 3rd birthday this week, the singer commissioned a rather special ice sculpture – in the shape of a perfect snowflake.
The rather extravagant sculpture says 'Happy Birthday Blue' and is joined by a big shiny '3' balloon. We're used to birthday cakes being the centrepiece of a party, so we hope this ice sculpture thing doesn't catch on. Trying to make snowflakes out of icing is hard enough – let alone trying to carve them out of ice!
Meanwhile, Blue's aunty Solange posted a sweet picture of the tot playing with a makeup brush and had a special message for her niece.
"My twin, my fellow sassy pants, my dancing partner, my incredibly smart, beautiful, niece-y-poo, turns 3 today," she commented. "I love her so much."
Aww, happy birthday Blue!
