Celebrity Big Brother’s Sisqo in lovechild rap
Thong Song singer believed to have fathered a baby with teenage fan 10 years ago
In his 90s heyday as a singer in R’n’B band, Dru Hill, 31-year-old Sisqo probably had his pick of star struck women. However, ten years on, his past may be back to haunt him as a fan claims to be the mum to his 10-year-old son.
According to 25-year-old Jamila Farid, Sisqo seduced her after a gig when she was a teenage fan in Zurich in 1999. After spending the night in his hotel room, Jamila later discovered she was pregnant and was certain that the rapper, whose real name is Mark Andrews, was the daddy.
Apparently, attempts were made to contact the singer to tell him about his baby son Ian and requests for a DNA test were sent by the Zurich High Court but rejected by Sisqo in 2003 and again in 2006. The Swiss child support agency have been forced to name him as dad to the 10-year-old boy in his absence and are currently trying to claim back £100,000 in backdated child support payments.
So far there has been no confirmation from Team Sisqo, who is currently appearing on Celebrity Big Brother.
