Halle Berry says breastfeeding is to credit for her post-baby weight loss.
The actress gave birth to her son Maceo 5 months ago.
According to the Daily Mail, she said: “Every mother should breastfeed. It’s the quickest way to shed the initial weight and then you have to eat right.”
The 47-year-old has also been speaking to Extra, explaining that she’s overjoyed to become a second-time mum.
“I just feel great because I have another baby. I never thought that at my stage in life another baby - and a baby boy - was coming to me, so yeah, I’m blessed,” she said.

Maceo is Halle’s first child with husband Olivier Martinez, 48.
She’s also mum to 6-year-old Nahla from her relationship with male model Gabriel Aubry.
And Halle says Nahla is delighted with her baby brother.
She said: “It’s like one of her doll babies came alive!
“She gets to take care of him, feed him, change his diapers, play with him, dress him up in different clothes like five times a day because she can, so she loves it.”
