You know us, we’re all about embracing our mum bods as they are, as best we can.
That includes: protruding hips, cellulite thighs, 'saggy' boobs, post-baby tums, the works.
So imagine how delighted we were to see not one, not 2, but 3 really empowering messages about mum and mum-to-be body positivity from some of our fave celeb mamas.
35-year-old soon-to-be mum-of-2 Kimberly Wyatt kicked things off – by revealing she’s feeling gorgeous and confident at 33 weeks pregnant.
In a beautiful, but unpolished, black and white Instagram snap, Kimberly smiled as she proudly showed off her bikini bump.
The former Pussycat Doll added: “My husband thinks I'm fit so he took this photo ? #beachdays #familyiseverything #family #love #lovelife #33weekspregnant #grateful”
Next up is telly presenter Stacey Solomon, 27, who’s mum to son Zachary, 9, and 5-year-old son Leighton.
She used her latest bikini photo to celebrate what giving birth to her 2 boys had changed about her body, i.e. her ‘mum hips’ and her, erm, adjustable bosom…
“Greeeeeenn obsession!!! ???????????? Chilling on my balcony today feeling super mermaidy!” she wrote beside the snap.
“I took this pic and don't usually post bikini pics but really proud of my naturally curvy body and after doing @loosewomen #bodystories campaign I am so happy with who I am and what I look like.
“I don't want to be perfect I would rather celebrate my "imperfections". Mum hips rule and I can always tie my boobs up to whatever height I want them to be at with a bikini like this haha."
We’ve gotta say, we’re BIG fans of Stacey’s message of self-acceptance, and the way she’s handled herself against post-baby body shamers in the past.
(Also, we’re really big fans of bikini tops like that, too, for the exact same reason ? )
Finally, WAG Rebekah Vardy wrapped it all up and tied a pretty bow on it, with a 3-part photo showing just how much her body has changed in little more than a year...
She welcomed her 4th child, son Finley, with footballer Jamie Vardy, in early January 2017.
“All of these pictures were taken within just over a year of one another - it's amazing how many changes the female body can go through,” she shared on Instagram.
“? The first pic was in May 2016 just before my wedding and I was hammering the gym to be super toned in my dress. I can't believe how little I was, I just didn't realise I was at the time and I was really enjoying my fitness.
“? Second pic was when I was heavily pregnant with Finley in December 2016.
“? The third one was just a few weeks ago on holiday.
“My body is still changing now and absolutely nowhere near my pre baby body - probably never will be as I may never feel inclined to work out that hard ever again - but I'm ok with that ?? We are who we are. #bodyimage #bodypositivity”
