Chicken with sweet potato, swede and carrots

Method

1. Bake the chicken fillet in the oven until cooked through.
2. Steam the vegetables until tender.
3. Finely chop the cooked chicken.
4. Blend the chicken and vegetables together to form a smooth puree, using some of the steaming water to adjust the consistency.

Hints and tips

1. Milk free, egg free and gluten free.
