Ingredients

  • 1 Cooking apple, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 Pear, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 Banana, peeled and chopped
  • 400g Tinned peaches in juice, chopped and drained (retain juice for mixing)

Method

  • STEP 1

    Steam the apple and pear until soft.

  • STEP 2

    Blend with banana and peach adding some of the juice you saved from the peaches.

Tips

  • In the first few weeks of weaning, aim for a runny texture similar to single cream.
  • You can replace the peach juice for baby's usual milk to make a creamier dessert or breakfast.
