Chicken casserole

Ingredients
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2tsp Olive oil, or vegetable oil
- 400g Chicken breast, diced
- 300g Carrot, peeled and chopped
- 300g New potatoes, chopped
- 1 Heinz Cook at Home chicken stock cube, dissolved in 500ml of boiling water
Method
- STEP 1
Fry the onion in the oil until soft, then add the chicken and brown.
- STEP 2
Transfer to a casserole dish and pour over the stock, adding the carrots and new potatoes.
- STEP 3
Cook in the oven at 180C/350F/Gas mark 4 for an hour, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- STEP 4
Purée all ingredients together.
