  • What should you be doing this week?

At 35 weeks it’s a good time to start preparing for labour. You might want to drive to the local supermarket and stock up with double volume of non-perishables - make sure you include plenty of healthy snacks that you can stuff in your hospital bag. If you’ve got the time and energy you could freeze some meals for when you return from hospital, when you’re much less likely to have the time and energy!
