    Your main symptom at this time will be the beginning of morning sickness, although it can strike at any time, not just mornings. It will vary from mum to mum but do expect to feel queasy at some point!

    This can be a tricky time as many of you won't have told anyone at work yet, but you could be starting to feel very tired as well as sick at inappropriate moments. Try to make sure you're not taking on too much at work, and if you're finding it particularly difficult, why not confide in one work friend, who can cover for you when you have to dash to the loo and give you lots of TLC.

    Now would be a good time to practice sleeping on your left hand side, as it is recommended that you adopt this position from your second trimester as it takes more pressure away from your sensitive boobs.

    Talking of boobs, now is the time to enjoy your pregnancy body as it changes, as most of the developments at this stage focus on your top half! So say hello to figure flattering dresses and skinny jeans while you still can.
