Launched in the UK in June 2009, the Buds Cherished Organics mother and baby skincare range consists of 12 botanical products and claims to be the largest certified organic range available in the current babycare market. The products are certified by EcoCert, in France, preservative free and never tested on animals.
The Beautiful Blooming Belly Stretch Mark Cream contains jojoba, shea butter and sunflower oil to nourish and moisturise skin; chlorella vulgaris extract and tamonol oil to enhance collagen and elastin synthesis (to help skin stretch without damage); inca inchi for skin health and recovery, and aloe vera to soothe and hydrate.

Buds Cherished Organics Beautiful Blooming Belly Stretch Mark Cream is light in consistency and a little goes a very long way.
It’s easily absorbed and leaves your skin feeling well moisturised but with no sticky residue. After a morning application, my skin still feels soft and supple by the end of the day.
Packed with essential oils, it has a fresh scent that I really liked – not too floral or overpowering.
I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant with twins, and my huge bump, boobs and bum are, so far, so stretchmark free (fingers crossed).
What to watch out for
At £21 a tube this isn’t a budget option, and the rather boring white packaging means it might not win pride of place on your bathroom shelf. However it can be used sparingly to good effect.
As this is a new and fairly niche range, it’s not something you can pick up on your supermarket shop. However it’s easy enough to get hold of online.

It seems to keep skin supple, doesn’t feel sticky, and has an ingredient list pack with skin goodies, like jojoba and co. However, its price tag will put it out of reach for some mums, even though a little does go a fair way.
