Forgetfull1

Can any one help? I love mamas and papas 03 to bits but there is one thing that is driving me mad. The rear wheels started to squeak and has turned ino the most horrendous noise that does not stop during entire walk. I have taken off the wheels and applied all sorts of oils/sprays in every nook and cranny but cannot get rid. Any suggestions?
