Ingredients

  • 2 packs of bacon
  • 2 Carrots, chopped
  • 2 Cups of peas
  • 1 Tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Jar of tomato pasta sauce
  • A bag of fresh pasta
  • 2 cups of grated cheese

Method

  • STEP 1

    Chop bacon and cook in a slow cooker for one hour.

  • STEP 2

    Pour off fat and cook for another 30 minutes.

  • STEP 3

    Add tomatoes, pasta sauce and vegetables to the slow cooker and cook for a further 20 minutes.

  • STEP 4

    Place pasta into an oven-proof dish and stir in the sauce from the slow cooker. Top with grated cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
