LEGO® launches new free in-store activities for animal-crazy kids this half-term
This February half term, LEGO® Stores have got you covered with animal themed building activities and give-aways. Here’s everything you need to know:
Depending on where you are in the country, February half-term is mere weeks away, and if you’re anything like me, it’s 100% snuck up on you. Thankfully, the LEGO Stores are here to save us from boredom with their She Built That animals campaign with in store activities designed to send animal crazy kids wild.
In-store activities across the month of February include everything from play experiences and building events to the LEGO passport program.
Events run on selected dates all over Europe but don’t worry, we’re here to break down everything you need to know.
What is going on in LEGO® stores this half-term?
There are different activities taking place at various times throughout the month of February, including during the half term week.
Make & Take
The 'Make & Take' will allow kids to build a LEGO® Puppy and take it home for free on selected dates and times.
- Make & Take dates in the UK: 21 Feb 10:00 to 12:00 & 22 Feb 12:00 to 14:00
- Belfast: 21 Feb 10:00 to 12:00 & 22 Feb 13:00 to 15:00
LEGO® Passport Program
The LEGO Passport Program invites LEGO Passport holders (and newbies) to grow their stamp collection with the 'She Built That Animals' stamp.
Headband Giveaways
During half-term week (14 - 22 Feb), LEGO will also be giving away headbands featuring designs based on the Hamster & Magical Unicorn sets. This one is stock-dependent, so you'll probably want to jump on this sooner rather than later.
In-Store Play Experiences
Lastly, there's the in-store play experience where children can build and display their animal best friend and collect a sticker sheet as a reward.
