Easy tomato pasta sauce
- Preparation and cooking time
- 2 Tins of plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Clove of garlic, crushed
- 2tbsp Olive oil
- STEP 1
Gently fry the onion and garlic in a little olive oil until soft and golden.
- STEP 2
Add the tomatoes. If you're using plum tomatoes, break them up with a wooden spoon. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- STEP 3
Stir in the olive oil and puree until smooth.
