Ingredients
- whole red pepper 1/4, cut into strips
- Yellow pepper 1/4, cut into strips
- Green pepper 1/4, cut into strips
- chicken 100g, cut into strips
- Olive oil 1 glug, for frying
Method

Step 1
Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and add the chicken.

Step 2
Fry for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Step 3
Add the peppers and cook for a further five minutes or until the peppers are tender.
Serve with pasta, noodles or rice.
