Summer berry puree

- Serves 4
- 100g Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 100g Strawberries (fresh, frozen or tinned)
- 100g Raspberries (fresh, frozen or tinned)
- STEP 1
Prepare the fruit. Wash and remove any stalks from fresh berries, drain tinned berries and defrost frozen berries according to the instructions on the packet.
- STEP 2
Combine the berries and blend until you reach the required consistency. Pass the mixture through a fine sieve with a wooden spoon if you want to remove the small seeds.
- STEP 3
*If you use defrosted frozen berries, do not refreeze.
*If using tinned berries, choose those in juice rather than syrup.
