  • 2 Sweet potatoes
  • 4oz Cheese
  • 2tsp Butter
  • 100ml Milk
  • Water
    to thin the mixture

Method

  • step 1

    Roast sweet potato so it is soft.

  • step 2

    When soft, put in a pan with a little butter and cheese, keep stirring and add milk a little at a time.

  • step 3

    If mixture is too thick, keep adding a little warm water until a puree consistency is reached and then let it cool.
