Chessington World of Adventures has given us our first look at the brand-new PAW Patrol Land arriving this spring.

The Surrey theme park has been teasing this new zone for quite some time, and now we're getting a glimpse of what's waiting inside, including an incredible replica of the PAW Patrol Lookout Tower and four new rides.

Chase’s Mountain Mission, Skye’s Helicopter Heroes, Marshall’s Firetruck Rescue and Zuma’s Hovercraft Adventure will make up the land's main attractions.

Zuma’s Hovercraft Adventure is especially exciting as the UK’s first ‘Drifter’ with unique sliding, drifting and skidding sensations.

Overall the land spans 1.4 acres and will include dozens of details from the PAW Patrol franchise. Pictures show character, Rubble, overseeing the site’s construction, plus the legendary PAW Patrol Pup Tag being placed on the central tower.

Sian Hooper, Creative Director at Merlin Magic Making commented: "Bringing the world of PAW Patrol to life is a true labour of love. From the very first sketches to seeing the iconic Lookout Tower rise above Chessington, our goal has been to capture the magic, energy and teamwork that millions of families know and adore from the show.

"Every ride has been designed to make guests feel like they’re stepping into Adventure Bay — whether they’re skidding and sliding with Zuma or soaring sky-high with Skye. We can’t wait for families to join the patrol this spring and create their own pup-tacular memories."

When does PAW Patrol Land open at Chessington?

The unveiling coincides with the launch of a UK-wide competition to find the ‘PAWject Manager’, who will be among the first to experience the rides and give 'final approval' of the new land ahead of its opening. The exact opening date for PAW Patrol Land has yet to be announced, although you can now book stays in one of the five PAW Patrol-themed hotel rooms – starting from £155 for a family of four.

Reserving these rooms gets you early ride access, a ‘Pup Pass’ Meet and Greet fast track pass, and a Reserve & Ride one-shot pass. They also get you the chance to be one of the first to ride the new rollercoasters in 2026.

General tickets for the opening are not yet on sale, although you can of course buy Chessington tickets for later in the year when we expect the land to be open.

Chessington is also looking for one pre-schooler to become the 'PAWject Manager' who will give the land final approval before its opening. This lucky winner will get to experience the rides first and take their family to the opening event. To be in with a chance simply enter the competition at Chessington before 13:59 on Wednesday 4th March.
