Yes, Chessington World of Adventures has rides for many ages, including very young kids. Their height restrictions start at 90cm – typically the height of children aged 2-3 – but this doesn't necessarily mean that children under 90cm cannot ride, just that they must ride with an adult.

The next step up is rides for children between 110 and 130cm – usually for kids aged 5-10 – which are a little faster, but still have smaller swings and drops than the bigger rollercoasters. These include Ostrich Stampede and Mamba Strike.
