Aldi has confirmed it is bringing back its Mamia New Parent Fund for a second year, giving new parents the chance to receive £100 Aldi vouchers every week throughout 2026.
The scheme follows strong demand in 2025, when thousands of parents applied for the support, and comes as new data highlights just how quickly everyday baby costs can add up in the first year.
With nappies, wipes and baby food forming part of the weekly shop almost immediately, Aldi says the fund is designed to offer practical help at a time when many families feel the pinch most.
What is the Mamia New Parent Fund?
The Mamia New Parent Fund will see Aldi give away £100 vouchers every week across 2026, adding up to £5,200 over the year.
The vouchers can be spent in any UK Aldi store on baby essentials such as nappies, wipes, baby food and toiletries, as well as anything else families need for their shop.
The initiative is open to new parents who buy from Aldi’s Mamia baby range, which includes nappies, wipes and feeding products.
Why nappies are a bigger cost than parents expect
According to new Aldi data, 17% of new parents say that recurring nappy purchases are among their highest unexpected costs after welcoming a baby.
The supermarket also revealed that parents who switch to Mamia nappies could save up to £380 over their baby’s first year compared with leading branded equivalents.
For many families balancing parental leave, childcare planning and rising household costs, those savings can make a noticeable difference to the monthly budget.
Aldi on supporting families
Julie Ashfield, Chief Commercial Officer at Aldi UK, said the decision to bring back the fund was driven by the response from parents last year.

How to apply for the £100 Aldi vouchers
New parents who want to be in with a chance of winning a £100 voucher need to email mamiaparentfund@aldi.co.uk with a receipt showing their latest Mamia purchase.
One family will be chosen each week throughout 2026 to receive the voucher, which can be used in any UK Aldi store.
