A lollipop company selling funky flavoured lollipops has added a new flavour to its repertoire: breast milk.
Lollyphile already sell bourbon, bacon and chocolate flavour lollipops and now their new flavour is causing a stir.
It has been reported in the Huffington Post that Jason Darling, owner of Lollyphile said he was inspired to develop the new flavour after noticing the success of his breastfeeding friends in turning “a screaming, furious infant into a placid, contented one.”
It’s important to note that the lollipops are not actually made using breast milk. They are in fact vegan and have hints of creamy sweet almond
Breast milk ice cream containing real breast milk went on sale in Britain in 2011 but Westminster Council swiftly removed it from a Covent Garden restaurant due to health concerns.
