When Claire Koch’s deaf parents attended her school Christmas carol concert, they didn’t expect to be able to hear her sing.
But 5-year-old Claire made sure they would still enjoy the show by signing each of the songs while the other children used generic hand motions.
Her mum, Lori told BuzzFeed: “I, myself, haven’t been able to stop watching the video!”
Claire was born to 2 deaf parents, and American Sign Language was her first language.
