Here at MFM HQ, we must admit we had a wee bit of a giggle in our morning news meeting over a series of #BabiesWithEyebrows pics - eg, photos of babies with eyebrows drawn on them.

And unless you've been on Mars over the last few weeks - or, more unlikely - if you're not on Facebook (ha!) - you'll probably have seen a few Cheerio Challenge babies in your feed, too.

Yep - the challenge is to stack as many Cheerios on your sleeping baby's face as possible - and it's mainly dads doing it.

It seems parents are loving these snaps at the moment. It's a new craze that's taking over the internet, and we totally get that they're just a bit of fun as long as no one's being physically harmed or is in danger.

The truth is these sorts of pics have been going for years. We've all done a big sunglasses photo or something similar even if we haven't done the brows or Cheerios, right?

But now perhaps the only difference is it's all a bit more organised and therefore competitive - there's an account devoted to it, or a hashtag. These pics have become a trend, when before we reckon they were just shared among friends for a bit of a laugh.

So - what do you think? Are they totally funny? Or a step too far?

What if your hubby did the eyebrow thing on your baby and shared it while you were out without asking so you weren't in on the joke until everyone else was? And what about the baby who doesn't ask to be the butt of a social joke?

We're genuinely a bit torn on this one, and would love to know what you think.
