Suddenly you feel a release and expect to see your newborn taking his first breath. But instead, a spawn of mini-spiders crawl out of you and make their way up your torso and towards your face… Ahhhh!

Eyes clicking open your realise you're in your own bedroom. Phew! It was just a pregnancy dream. That's what 5-months-pregnant Sam Faiers experienced recently.

"One night I dreamt that I'd given birth to a nest of spiders. It was awful. The spiders were my babies," she told OK! magazine. The Only Way Is Essex star is expecting her first child with property developer boyfriend Paul Knightley.

We have to admit, we feel your pain Sam. We'd had nightmares before, but NOTHING like this.

All those worst-case scenarios – yes we're talking giving birth to spiders or running down an endless hospital corridor unable to find your midwife – come out of your subconscious as soon as you close your eyes to ruin your sleep.
