If you ever needed proof of how baby bumps come in all shapes and sizes then surely this is it.

These 2 friends are only 4 weeks apart in their pregnancies – but they couldn't look more different.

On the left is Chontel Duncan, a fitness trainer from Australia who is due on 30 March, and on the right is her friend Nat, who's due any day now.

The photo was taken when Chontel was 21.5 weeks pregnant – and Nat was 25.5 weeks.

And the mum-to-be is keen to point out that women shouldn't be shamed for how they carry their baby.

"Each woman carries different and this most certainly doesn't mean one is doing something wrong or not healthy etc," Chontel commented, sharing the photo on Instagram.

"We both have healthy growing babies and we both have had incredible pregnancies so far, feeling amazing and full of energy."

She was quick to point out that she's 6ft 1in tall, while her friend is much shorter.

"It's very clear in this photo just how tall I am, I mean my chin sits above Nat's head lol," she said.

"We worked out that we are 4 weeks apart, so our little ones will be the same age, same grade at school and potential best buds hehehehe..."
