The ‘Whip Your Hair' singer and actress regularly makes headlines with her daring fashion choices and catchy songs and with Willow growing up in the spotlight, it’s no surprise that Will’s thoughts have turned to dating.

“It’s coming, and I’m nervous about it,” Will told PEOPLE at the Men in Black III premiere in New York.

“Having two boys and a girl, I realise that boys take trouble to other people’s houses and girls bring it home,” he said.

“So, the thing we are struggling with is the rules,” he said, “and setting fair rules for the boys and for Willow, but she’s not having any of that.”

"When Willow does bring a boy home, I'm going to screen him and find out everything about him," Will said.

"And that's going to happen when she's 40, when she's allowed to go on dates!"

Willow recently rocked a wild red carpet outfit as she joined her parents to attend the premiere of Madagascar 3, staring her mum Jada Pinkett-Smith as the voice of ‘Gloria’ the hippo. Willow’s outfit stood out as she teamed her trademark shaven head with animal print leggings, retro Star Wars t-shirt, red bowler hat and studded collar jacket.

The Men in Black star isn’t the only celebrity dad to have revealed he’ll be protective when his daughter starts to date. When the time comes for Willow to enter the dating scene, we wonder whether any boys would be brave enough to take on Will Smith!
