Fruit and nut yoghurt – pregnancy recipe

- 3tbsp Mixed nuts, chopped
- 1tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 1tbsp Pumpkin seeds
- 1 Banana, sliced
- A handful of berries (frozen and defrosted is fine)
- 200g Vanilla yoghurt (check it's made with pasteurised milk)
- STEP 1
Mix the nuts, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.
- STEP 2
Mix the sliced banana and berries.
- STEP 3
Layer up in a bowl with yoghurt and enjoy.
