Fruit and nut yoghurt – pregnancy recipe

This nutty, fruity breakfast dish packs protein, folic acid and loads of pregnancy-friendly vitamins into one delicious bowl

Ingredients

  • 3tbsp Mixed nuts, chopped
  • 1tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 1tbsp Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Banana, sliced
  • A handful of berries (frozen and defrosted is fine)
  • 200g Vanilla yoghurt (check it's made with pasteurised milk)

Method

  • STEP 1

    Mix the nuts, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.

  • STEP 2

    Mix the sliced banana and berries.

  • STEP 3

    Layer up in a bowl with yoghurt and enjoy.
