  • 3tbsp Mixed nuts
    chopped
  • 1tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 1tbsp Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Banana
    sliced
  • A handful of berries
    (frozen and defrosted is fine)
  • 200g Vanilla yoghurt
    (check it's made with pasteurised milk)

    Method

    • step 1

      Mix the nuts, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.

    • step 2

      Mix the sliced banana and berries.

    • step 3

      Layer up in a bowl with yoghurt and enjoy.
