This nutty, fruity breakfast dish packs protein, folic acid and loads of pregnancy-friendly vitamins into one delicious bowl

- 3tbsp Mixed nutschopped
- 1tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 1tbsp Pumpkin seeds
- 1 Bananasliced
- A handful of berries(frozen and defrosted is fine)
- 200g Vanilla yoghurt(check it's made with pasteurised milk)
Method
step 1
Mix the nuts, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.
step 2
Mix the sliced banana and berries.
step 3
Layer up in a bowl with yoghurt and enjoy.
