Great value travel systems that can take care of your budget as well as your baby’s travel needs from birth
Mamas & Papas Armadillo, £343.95
Billed as a lightweight, inexpensive and compact pushchair by nursery manufacturing giants Mamas & Papas the forward-facing buggy is in fact, cheap, easy-to-steer, slimline and ideal for parents who have to use public transport on a daily basis.
Converting into a travel system with a Mamas & papas Aton car seat or a Maxi-Cosy pebble car seat, the pushchair also comes with an array of added extras, such as an extra large hood, rain cover and UPF 50+ fabric for maximum protection against UV rays.

Hauck London, around £379.99
If you are a parent who doesn't like to wake your little one when traveling but frets about keeping him in a car seat for longer than two hours (the maximum recommended time), then the Hauck London may just be for you.
This 3 in 1 set includes a buggy, carry cot and car seat, but what make it different from others is that the carry cot, also called the Carcocoon, has a solid base and can be used as a car seat as well.
Meeting the current road saftey standards (ECE 44/04) the Carcocoon allows your baby to lie flat, which is the optimal position for infants.

Safety 1st Easy Way 2 in 1 travel system, £119
The Safety 1st Easy Way 2 in 1 travel system offers you a buggy and car seat, which is installed using your car’s own seat belts, for an unbelievable £119.
The cheap price doesn't mean the buggy sacrifices safety, style or any other aspect you would expect from a travel system. In fact, the Easy Way 2 in 1 folds compactly, features a 5-point harness, front suspension, large shopping basket and even a removable child tray with drink holder.
Mothercare Xpedior, £350
Known for making affordable mother and baby products high-street retailer Mothercare has created a high-end travel system that will cost you a fraction of the price, with this limited edition pushchair.
The Xpedior 3 in 1 pram comes with a champagne coloured chassis, tan leatherette handles and khaki quilted carrycot, quilted seat unit and looks like it might rival brands such as Stokke, Bugaboo and Cosatto.
It converts into a travel system with Mothercare's own infant car seat and also comes complete with a large shopping basket, padded cosytoe that zips apart to form a seat liner, pram apron and liner, chest pads and Mothercare Weathershield.
