A delicious sweet drink packed with vitamins and zinc

- 5 Strawberrieshulled and quartered
- 1 Cantaloupe or watermelon
- ½ Banana
- 3tbsp Strawberry yoghurt
- 2tbsp Orange juice
- 1tsp Honey
Method

Put the fruit in a blender and whizz to a purée.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend to combine. Serve in glasses.
