Cheesy vegetable medley

- Serves 1
- 40g Potato, peeled and cubed
- 40g Broccoli, chopped
- 40g Carrot, peeled and chopped
- ½ pouch Heinz Cook at Home Cheese Sauce
- STEP 1
Steam or boil the potato, broccoli and carrot until soft.
- STEP 2
Puree the vegetables until smooth.
- STEP 3
Mix in the cheese sauce and heat through.
