Fruit salad puree
- Makes 4-6 portions
- 1 Cooking apple, peeled, cored and chopped
- 1 Pear, peeled, cored and chopped
- 1 Banana, peeled and chopped
- 400g Tinned peaches in juice, chopped and drained (retain juice for mixing)
- STEP 1
Steam the apple and pear until soft.
- STEP 2
Blend with banana and peach adding some of the juice you saved from the peaches.
