Honey salmon kebabs

Ingredients
- 150g Salmon fillet
- 1tbsp Sesame oil
- 1tbsp Honey
- ½tsp Fresh ginger, finely grated
- Wooden skewers
Method
- STEP 1
Mix together the sesame seed oil, honey and ginger for the marinade and put in a shallow dish. Cut the salmon into 2cm cubes and put in the dish, spooning over the marinade. Leave for an hour, turning occasionally.
- STEP 2
Preheat the grill to high, and line the grill pan with foil. Thread the salmon cubes onto the wooden skewers and brush again with the marinade.
- STEP 3
Grill for about 5 mins each side, basting with the marinade. Remove salmon from skewers and serve with boiled basmati rice and steamed vegetables.
- STEP 4
- Soak the two wood skewers in water before threading on the salmon to stop them burning in the grill
