Italian chicken bake

Suitable from 10 months. Makes two children's portions

Ingredients

1 large chicken breast

2tbsp pesto

200g tinned tomatoes

Parmesan cheese, to taste

Method

  • Step 1

     Coat the chicken with pesto and place in an ovenproof dish.

  • Step 2

     Pour over the tinned tomatoes.

  • Step 3

     Place in the oven and cook for 40 minutes at 220C (fan 180C) or Gas Mark 7.

  • Step 4

     Remove and dust with grated Parmesan.
