You'll need:

1 small salmon fillet

1 small white potato, peeled and diced

1 small cup frozen peas

Knob unsalted butter

What to do:

1 Wrap the salmon in kitchen foil with the knob of butter and bake in the oven (180 ºC/Gas 4) until cooked, aprrox 20 minutes.

2 Once cooled, remove the skin and put in blender with all the cooking juices.

3 Put the potato in a little water and gently cook until soft.

4 Do the same with the peas and reserve the cooking water.

5 Once the vegetables are cooked, combine in the blender with salmon and blitz. If it's a little dry, just add some of the reserved cooking water.
