Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • A handful of mushrooms
  • A sachet of taco mix
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 Jar of salsa
  • Soured cream

Method

  • STEP 1

    Chop the chicken, pepper and mushrooms into chunks and place in the slow cooker with the salsa and taco mix.

  • STEP 2

    Cover with 60ml water.

  • STEP 3

    Cook on LOW for six to seven hours.

  • STEP 4

    Before serving, stir in the sour cream.
