Ingredients

  • 1 Small tin of corned beef
  • Potatoes
  • 1 Large onion
  • Beef gravy granules
  • Olive oil

Method

  • STEP 1

    Peel and chop the onions and fry in oil.

  • STEP 2

    Peel and chop small potatoes, add to pan.

  • STEP 3

    Stir in gravy and simmer till potatoes are cooked.

  • STEP 4

    Chop up corned beef and stir in - reheat and serve.
