Despite denying the rumours earlier this week, the X Factor judge has now shared her baby joy
You'd be forgiven if your head was slightly spinning from the baby rumours circulating around Dannii Minogue of late. However, after firecely denying the speculations that she was pregnant with her first child, 38-year-old Dannii has finally revealed that she is going to be a mum!
Spotted in her homeland Australia leaving a Melbourne hospital, eagle eyed onlookers began rumours of a X Factor baby. Dannii and her partner Kris Smith, 31, were forced to deny the baby whispers as 'absolutely untrue'.
However, it has been revealed that the couple were keeping mum until they had their 12 week scan and wanted everything to be in the clear before officially announcing their happy news. "Dannii and Kris are very excited and cannot wait to start their family in 2010," their representative has said.
Dannii has previously spoken out about her aprehension about becoming a mum, saying that she has never felt very maternal. However, she is clearly excited about the impending arrival if her Twitter page is anything to go by.
"Woo hoo I'm going to be a mummy!" she shared, while her popstar sister, Kylie Minogue also expressed her joy for the happy couple. "I'm so excited about being an auntie again - WOW WOW WOW!"
