Star takes to Twitter after US magazine makes shocking claims that she was considering surgery
Jessica Simpson has taken to Twitter to put to bed rumours that she’s struggling to her shed baby weight.
The singer, who signed a contract with Weight Watchers to lose the extra pounds naturally, tweeted: “Just so everyone knows...Weight Watchers hasn't put ANY pressure on me.”
“I'm trying to be as healthy as I can be for myself and I feel great.”
Jessica spoke out after US magazine Star published the sensational claim that she was so desperate to lose the weight she gained from having Maxwell, that she was even considering surgery.
Star alleges that a source said: “[Jessica] is desperate to lose the baby weight – even if it means going under the knife.”
“Jessica is frustrated with diet and exercise and would undergo surgery if she wasn’t under contract.”
“[She has been looking into] everything from non-invasive options, like lipodissolve injections, to tummy tuck and liposuction.”
News source Gossip Cop has already denied there’s any truth to the Jessica claim after allegedly speaking to a friend of the star.
