Beyonce stunned everyone with a very glamourous post-baby return in that red dress. The secret? Apparently she does mini exercises every time Blue Ivy sleeps. From gentle pilates to rounds of squats six times a day, Beyonce, 30, is reportedly keen to lose her baby weight but keep her bootylicious curves.
