Sophie Ellis-Bextor is pregnant with baby number three
The singer and mum-of-two takes to Twitter to reveal baby news
Sophie Ellis-Bextor has announced that she and hubby Richard Jones, member of band The Feeling, are expecting their third child.
The singer got fans excited when she took to Twitter to hint that she had news. “I have something to tell you…” she tweeted.
Sophie then revealed: “I am having another baby. Due in spring. A little brother or sister for Sonny and Kit. Family e-b-jones are happy and excited.”
Sophie sure has a knack for choosing interesting names for her children. We can’t help but wonder what name baby number three will be blessed with.
Robbie Williams is certainly a fan of Sophie’s baby name choices. In an interview with The Times Magazine, Robbie said that Sonny is a name he would choose for one of his future children.“[We're going to call them] Woody and Sonny! Cool, eh?” he said.

Sophie tweeted her thanks to her fans for their well wishes. “It’s a lovely thing. By the way, work on album 5 continues as usual. In fact, I now have a deadline! In the studio as we speak!”
Sophie’s previous two pregnancies weren’t easy. Sonny was born eight weeks early by caesarean section, and Kit was born nine weeks early, weighing 2lb 10oz.
Let’s hope Sophie’s pregnancy is a little easier this time round.
