When Taylor Swift was named godmother of Jaime King's second child, we had a feeling she'd do a good job. And now the Shake It Off singer has proved she's got what it takes, throwing an "insanely beautiful" baby shower for her BFF.
"How can I put this into words... @taylorswift is not only going to be an exquisite Godmother but one of the best friends one could ask for. Thank you Tay for throwing me such an insanely beautiful baby shower. Less then 12 hours after performing for 100k strong. I love you SO MUCH xx," the mum-to-be commented, sharing pics from the celeb-filled photo booth.
Among guests were girl band Haim, Modern Family actress Sarah Hyland, actress Hailee Steinfeld, Jessica Alba and supermodel Gigi Hadid. But it wasn't just the guest list that was impressive, Taylor, 25 pulled out all the stops with giant balloons and fancy dress props.
Jaime, 36, is expecting her second child with husband Kyle Newman – the couple are already parents to 16-month-old son James Knight. She announced two months ago that her Taylor would be godmother. "Guess who just got named Godmother of this little one..... (ME)," Taylor commented on Instagram 2 months ago.
