Teenage model Jourdan Dunn reveals surprise pregnancy
Top model who was discovered in Primark is sporting a neat little bump
Model Jourdan Dunn, 19, who only last year was crown Model of the Year at the British Fashion Awards, has shocked the fashion world by announcing she's 5 months pregnant.
Jourdan was catapulted into supermodel status after being talent spotted in the Hammersmith branch of Primark. She'll now miss next season's catwalk as she prepares for the birth of her first baby with her long-term boyfriend.
Still living at home with her mum in Greenford, Middlesex, Jourdan is apparently displaying a tiny bump. She's reported to be thrilled about the baby, who is due at the end of the year, despite the impact that this may have on her short-lived career.
"I'm really looking forward to the future and having my baby," she wrote on the fashion website vogue.com, where she revealed her pregnancy.
Having appeared on the covers of British Vogue, Italian Vogue, iD and Pop, Jourdan plans to return to modelling work at some point after her baby is born.
