Things might be a little more peaceful in the Spelling household this Christmas if rumours of a reunion between feuding Tori Spelling and her mum Candy are true.

The famously acrimonious mum and daughter fell out after Tori’s dad, Aaron Spelling, died in 2006. Candy didn’t tell Tori about his death leaving her feeling betrayed. The feud continued for years, with Candy never meeting her 18-month-old granddaughter, Stella, and only briefly meeting Tori’s eldest child, 2-year-old Liam.

After 64-year-old Candy publicly accused Tori and her husband Dean McDermott of using their two children to make money, it looked like a reunion was way off. However, reports from sources at E! Online, claim that they have agreed to put their differences aside in time for Christmas.

Both women were recently struck down with medical problems – Tori with a stomach condition, and Candy with back surgery, and it’s rumoured that this is the reason they’ve decided to reconcile. With their relationship on the mend, we wonder if toddler Stella might meet her Grandma for the first time this festive season?
