With the Beckhams' baby girl set to be born today, David’s turning the house pink and Victoria’s getting ready to breastfeed
Victoria Beckham is due to give birth to her longed-for baby girl today, by caesarean. The date, American Independence day, is already special for her and hubby David, as they married on the same date 12 years ago.
This time around Victoria has revealed to friends that she plans to adopt an “earth Mother” approach to her new arrival and is allegedly planning to breastfeed.
“I’m doing everything differently this time. I want it all to be natural and perfect for my little girl,” The Daily Mirror reported that Victoria told a friend.
Although it is possible to breastfeed when you have breast implants, the designer told Vogue that she had had hers removed. “No more torpedo Bazookas. Look, gone!” Victoria said in an interview with the magazine. Shortly afterwards she announced her pregnancy.
Meanwhile, David has been getting the house ready for his first daughter. “It’s a whole new, different thing for us. To have so much pink in the house, lilac in the house and dresses. All the clothes are ready, the room’s ready. We’re really excited,” the football star gushed.
