RD Jaqueline Jossa on her 'amazing' water birth
The Eastenders actress and baby Ella pose for first magazine shoot less than a week after her birth
Jacqueline Jossa gave birth to baby Ella only a week ago but she's already on the cover of a magazine in a family snap, along with dad Dan Osborne. Ella Selina Osborne was born on Sunday 15 February, weighing 7lb 10oz. And first-time mum Jacqueline opted for a water birth.
"Yes, having a water birth was amazing," she told Ok! magazine. "I can’t imagine not having it. I don’t know how people can have a baby on a bed. I don’t see how that works, gravity-wise!"
Both mum and dad have been overwhelmed with love since the birth. "Nothing prepares you for the love you feel for your baby - I miss her when I’m out of the room!" Jacqueline said.
"Yes, the relief and happiness overwhelmed me and I couldn’t stop crying. I can’t explain it," added Dan. And the 23 year-old is clearly already smitten, "She’s a mini Jackie, she’s so cute. She’s only been here a few days but we can’t imagine not having her."
While Ella is the couple's first child, Dan also has a son Teddy, 13 months, from a previous relationship with Megan Tomlin.
